An elegant hat of a bygone era, this low crowned straw hat (known as a Bergère) is similar to those worn not only by Mrs. Bennet in P&P4, but also Emma Woodhouse in Emma4 and even Kiera Knightley in The Duchess .
Cassandra is an 18" wide hat with a 5" wide/1" deep crown. Trimmed, it features wide ribbon ties and lighly ruched ribbon around the small crown, completed with a bow. Bias tape around the edge provides the finishing touch. Please specify ribbon and trim color choices.
