This lovely bonnet is based on my "Mary" cottage bonnet style. It was popular during both the Regency and the Victiorian era.
Here, I have updated the trimming style to something more appropriate for mid Victorian/Civil War style events.
I have used wide ribbon across the top, which is gathered into small bows on the sides, with long tails for tying. Artificial flowers
(I will choose appropriate styles) in your choice of colors will decorate the side. Please choose ribbon and flower colors. White or Ivory lace can be added
to the brim edge if desired. If choosing that option, please specify color choice.
Pansies are available in black and white or purple and yellow.
